How do we accept deposit payments?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

What is our Cancellation Policy?
Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of date of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made prior to the 6 weeks before date of arrival will forfeit a 10% handling fee on the deposit. Cancellations must be done in writing.

Do we allow pets?
Yes, pets are allowed at Paradise Village however, we will require prior notification before your arrival.

What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check in is at 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12pm on day of departure.

Do we allow late check-outs?
Late check-outs can be arranged if the room is not due to be occupied on the day of your departure. You may make arrangements for late check-out with the manager two days before you depart. A fee of Euro 15,00 will be charged for a late check-out.

Can we arrange transport from the airport?
We can arrange to collect you at the airport and transfer you directly to Paradise Village.
Alternatively, should you wish to hire a car, we can arrange that you collect your car on arrival at the airport.
